PRESS CONFERENCE TO BE HELD TUESDAY, MAY 15, 2007 AT 10:30 AM -- City of Dania
Beach, Florida -- Melaleuca Gardens -- 838 Argonaut Isle. See directions below

This is an advance notice of this press conference. Additional information will be
forthcoming but for now we wanted to let you know date/time/place in an effort to
help you schedule your time/crew.

On Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at 10:30 AM the proponents of \"NO AIRPORT EXPANSION\" at the
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) will rally (expect over 100
people representing in one capacity or another 1,000\'s of people from areas
throughout Broward County including elected officials and residents from Dania
Beach, Hollywood, Davie, Ft. Lauderdale and points north, south, east and west as
well as members of the environmental community (e.g., Sierra Club).

Also on hand will be legal counsel Neal McAliley of the White and Case Law Firm
based in Miami.

The purpose of the press conference is to release some very important, very recent
legal information related to the proposed expansion of FLL. Additionally, the
proponents will outline their suggested \"go forward strategy\" for finally resolving
this war which they have been battling for over 20 years.

\"NO AIRPORT EXPANSION\" proponents will send their message loudly and clearly to the
Broward County Board of County Commissioners who will decide their fate at their
public hearing on June 5, 2007 at 6:00 PM at the Broward County Convention Center.
It is hoped that once the Broward County Commissioners understand the impact of the
information to be released tomorrow, they will need to go back to the drawing board,
update their Airport Master Plan (which is over 10 years old), complete their Noise
Compatibility and Mitigation Plan (Part 150 Study) to assess and provide mitigation
for current noise impacts, and then (if and when they can prove they need to expand
our airport) conduct the required studies in an open, honest, full disclosure public
input process.

Directions to City of Dania Beach, Florida -- Melaleuca Gardens (located directly
south of the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport off of Griffin Road).

From US 1 travel to Griffin Road west, after crossing the railroad tracks, at the
traffic light, take your first left and an immediate right onto 10th Street which
runs parallel to Griffin Road, travel on 10th Street to 14th Avenue, take a left
onto 14th Avenue, travel over two small bridges, pass Nautilus Isle, to Argonaut
Isle. 838 Argonaut Isle will be right in front of you.

From I-95 to Griffin Road east (do NOT get on Old Griffin Road), take Griffin Road
to the traffic lights at the intersection of Griffin Road and 10th Street, take a
right and an immediate right onto 10th Street, travel on 10th Street to 14th Avenue,
take a left onto 14th Avenue, travel over two small bridges, pass Nautilus Isle, to
Argonaut Isle. 838 Argonaut Isle will be right in front of you.
